Welcome to MagicRizz. By downloading, accessing, or using the MagicRizz mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MagicRizz.
- By using the App, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
2. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use MagicRizz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Upload or share false, misleading, or offensive content
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you post on MagicRizz.
- By posting content, you grant MagicRizz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App for service-related purposes.
- You are solely responsible for the content you share.
5. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
- Certain features may require payment or subscription.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Prices and features may change at any time with or without notice.
6. Privacy
Your use of MagicRizz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to MagicRizz at any time for violations of these Terms.
- You may stop using the App at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, designs, and content provided by MagicRizz are owned by or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer
- MagicRizz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicRizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Account Deletion
You may request to delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to your Profile and selecting "Delete Account." Here is what happens when you delete your account:
- How to delete: Go to Profile → Delete Account → Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.
- What is deleted: Upon account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed: your profile information (name, gender, date of birth, avatar), saved favourites, feedback history, device registrations, tone preferences, usage history, subscription records, and purchase receipts.
- Subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel your subscription separately through the respective store before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
- Irreversibility: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all associated data is removed and cannot be recovered.
- Processing time: Your account will be marked for deletion immediately upon confirmation. Data removal will be completed within 30 days.
