a. What Data We Send for AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features, the following data is transmitted to our servers:

• Screenshots and photos you upload for conversation analysis or reply generation.
• Selfies or photos you upload for the Looks Analyzer feature.
• Text messages you paste or type for AI-powered reply suggestions.
• Tone preferences you select (e.g., Flirty, Funny, Casual, Romantic, Spicy, Clapback).

b. Who We Share This Data With

• Your data is sent to our secure backend servers operated by MagicRizz, transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Our servers forward the relevant content to third-party AI model providers — including OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok) to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own data protection policies and terms of service.
• We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

c. How We Protect Your Data During AI Processing

• Uploaded images and text are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing.
• Data sent for AI processing is not associated with your personal identity. We do not attach your name, email, device identifier, or account information to content sent to third-party AI providers.
• Third-party AI providers receive only the minimum data necessary to generate a response and do not receive any information that could identify you personally.
• Generated content (replies, pickup lines, style suggestions) may be temporarily stored to enable app features such as Favourites and conversation history.

d. Your Consent

Upon first use of the App, you are asked to review and explicitly agree to these data practices before accessing AI-powered features. By continuing to use the App, you consent to the collection, transmission, and processing of your data as described in this section.

a. What Face Data We Collect

• When you use the Looks Analyzer, you may capture or upload a photo of yourself — your face, overall look, or outfit. This photo is the only face data the App processes.
• We do not extract, generate, or store any biometric identifiers from your photo. MagicRizz does not perform facial recognition, does not create a faceprint, face template, or face geometry, and never uses your face to identify or authenticate you. The image is treated only as an ordinary photo for style and appearance feedback.

b. How We Use Face Data

• The photo is sent to our backend over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is forwarded directly to a third-party AI model as input. The AI analyzes the general appearance in the image and returns structured feedback (such as style, vibe, or outfit suggestions), which we display back to you in the App.
• Your photo is used solely to generate this on-screen feedback. It is never used for advertising, profiling, identity verification, training AI models, or any other purpose.

c. How Face Data Is Shared

• To produce your results, the photo is shared with third-party AI model providers — such as OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok) — which process the image to generate the analysis. These providers handle the data under their own privacy and data-processing terms.
• We do not sell your face data and do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

d. How Long Face Data Is Retained

• Your photo is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. It is discarded as soon as the AI analysis is returned to you. Retention period: none.
• We do not maintain any database of user faces or facial data.

• Uploaded images and text are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.
• Data sent for AI processing is not associated with your personal identity. We do not attach your name, email, or account information to the content sent to third-party AI providers.
• Generated content (replies, pickup lines, style suggestions) may be temporarily cached on our servers to enable features like Favourites and conversation history.
• We do not sell, share, or provide your uploaded content to advertisers or any parties other than the AI processing providers described above.

d. Your Consent

By using the AI-powered features of the App, you explicitly consent to the transmission and processing of your data as described above. If you do not agree to these practices, you should not use the AI-powered features of the App.
